Hi, I’m Stephanie Vizi
I’m a storyteller, wedding videographer, director, and social media marketer who believes in the power of video to showcase the uniqueness and resilience of the human spirit.
I’m here to help you share your story with the world whether you are a couple in love, a passionate small business owner or an individual with an important message to share.
With a tiny Sony Handy-Cam in hand, I climbed the Maluti Mountains of Lesotho, Africa, determined to capture the harsh realities facing young HIV positive mothers in Lesotho, and I haven’t stopped telling stories since.
I am drawn to stories about vulnerable women who defy the odds despite the obstacles stacked against them.
In all honesty, your wedding day is stressful, magical, wonderful and it goes by in a blur.
If you don’t have video footage how will you remember your maid of honor’s speech or catch your grandma cutting a rug on the dance floor?
You won’t get to see your little cousins running around or your partner’s reaction when you walk down the aisle!
There’s something about video that captures the essence of your special day and sometimes we capture things the photographers miss, because we keep the camera rolling.
My favourite thing in the world is to get to know passionate people and learn what makes them thrive.
Let me help you share your product, business, art, nonprofit or service with the world!

Canadian Baptist Ministries Video Series
I make documentaries about women overcoming obstacles and defying the odds stacked against them.
My latest documentary
Mistissini Healing (2017) tells the story of two Cree young women healing from the intergenerational trauma they experience living in the isolated James Bay Cree community of Mistissini, Quebec. Survivors Maryjane and Dayna rise from unfortunate circumstances and find hope, inspiring them to work to improve their community for future generations on a reserve still struggling to cope with the appalling legacy left behind by Canada’s Residential School system.
Next of Kin
I worked as a Production Manager and Researcher on NEXT OF KIN (2018) CBC DOCS POV. NEXT OF KIN is a story about two young adults who reconnect with lost family members.
